Many companies are required to prepare a Directors' Report and Strategic Report but over the last few years the requirements for the content of these reports has become more complex and fractured.
This 1 hour course seeks to navigate these requirements - focusing on those for limited companies - and explore best practice for companies, particuarly when preparing the strategic report.
Content will include:
- Overview of the content of the directors' report (including changes that come into force for p/c on or after 6 April 2025)
- Overview of the content of the strategic report
- Best practice when preparing the strategic report (including FRC guidance and reviews)
