Module 3 - Succeeding at Management

Course outline:

This is the third and final module in the progression to management professional skills programme and should be completed 12 to 24 months after Module 2.

This module begins with an opportunity for self-reflection, encouraging participants to consider challenges they have encountered and overcome throughout their career journey, and to identify key lessons learned from those experiences. The focus then shifts to team relationships and performance management, providing practical approaches to recognising, developing, and unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. The module concludes with an introduction to effective networking, exploring how strong professional relationships can support both personal and organisational success.
