This is the second module in the progression to management professional skills programme and should be completed 6 months after Module 1.

Managing teams can bring a variety of challenges. High performing teams are often made up of individuals with diverse personalities, perspectives, and working styles.

Understanding these differences is key to building effective working relationships and creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.

This course provides practical tools and techniques to support effective people management and team development, with a focus on coaching approaches. Participants will learn strategies for motivating team members, encouraging continuous development, and managing difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
