Course outline:
The aim of this course is to introduce you to the FRS 105 micro-entities regime and when it can be applied. Through exploring the scope and eligibility criteria of the standard, the differences between FRS 105 and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the required content and disclosures within financial statements, you will develop the knowledge needed to prepare and understand financial statements for micro‑entities in compliance with FRS 105.
