Course outline:
This course focuses on the role of the manager in AI enabled and hybrid working environments, by shifting focus from task checking to judgement and reasoning.
It explores how AI and automated tools change review, delegation, and coaching. It covers the regulatory expectations, and provides practical frameworks for feedback, scepticism, escalation and professional pushback. The emphasis is on maintaining quality, strengthening managerial judgement, and developing independent thinkers in fast paced, technology accelerated workflows where the reviewer may have limited experience of the area under review.
