The Client Advisory Event 2020

This event provides a practical experience for new and experienced advisors / managers to develop their client advisory skills, communication and team working.

Delegates will be guided through a tightly coordinated, practical and stimulating team activity by highly experienced facilitators, providing the opportunity to practise and hone their skills in a simulated environment.

This practical learning experience will include:

  • Understanding Your Client’s Goals (Business and Personal)
  • Conducting Effective Client Advisory Meetings
  • Using Diagnostic Questioning and Active Listening Techniques
  • Building Rapport
  • Presenting Solutions with Impact
  • Dealing with Objections
  • Reaching Agreement

Prices for this event are:

10 credits/from £330 + vat

one off cash price £399 + vat

If you are interested in attending both this event and the Managers' Conference the day prior, you will be entitled to a discounted rate of 18 credits for a place at both events.

If you require overnight accommodation, please let us know as we have a negotiated rate with the venue for bedrooms at this event.
