Efficient File Completion

Course outline:

Who should take the course? This course will consider one of the key challenges facing a senior/new manager ensuring that their assignments are performed efficiently.

It will look at the issues involved in the completion stages of an audit exempt assignment. It will identify how and why inefficiencies arise at this stage and how these inefficiencies can be minimised.

• Completion procedures - such as Final Analytical Procedures, Subsequent Events, Points for Manager/Partner
• Delegation and feedback
• Advanced coaching. 

Who should take the course

The course will be ideal for seniors or semi-seniors who are responsible for completing audit exempt assignments, and who present jobs for manager review in a virtually finished state. It is aimed at those who are newly qualified but are relatively new to the completion process.

It is part of the Progression to Management pathway for our CPD courses.
