Course outline:

The OTT allows taxpayers to elect to charge VAT on certain supplies of commercial land and buildings that would otherwise be exempt.

This module considers the main pros and cons of the OTT before taking a look at the practicalities of making an OTT and notifying it to HM Revenue & Customs.
