Auditing is subject to continual change and requires exacting standards to be applied rigorously. This course will provide an update on the most recent changes and current issues affecting auditing in the UK and their practical implications for the planning and execution of audits.

The exact content of the course will depend on topical issues that arise during the previous 6 months, but may include: 

• Feedback from QAD and FRC covering their recent audit monitoring findings
• Updates to ISAs and other relevant standards
• Other topical and practical issues
