A financial statement review features a detailed review of a set of financial statements, to provide feedback on compliance with the relevant financial reporting framework and legal requirements. This review is usually performed as a 'hot' (prior to approval) review but can be performed as a 'cold' (after approval) review if necessary.
Financial statement reviews are usually performed remotely and can typically be completed in one hour for a non listed entity, although the time required will depend on the size and complexity of the financial statements. We are able to review financial statements prepared under FRS 101, FRS 102, FRS 105 and IFRS.
You will receive a written summary of the observations made during the review.
