This highly interactive course explores the qualities of a good senior and equips participants with the skills they will need through a mixture of group discussions, exercises and role plays.

This course will cover:

  • Acting as a role model and mentor for junior colleagues
  • What makes an effective briefing
  • Delegation and feedback
  • Working as part of a team
  • Handling difficult situations with colleagues and clients

Who should take the course

This course is aimed at staff that have been working for 3 - 4 years and are starting to take responsibility for more junior colleagues. They will also have increasing exposure to clients and have to deal with a variety of situations.
