Our one-day healthcare conference has been specifically designed for partners and senior managers with responsibility for a number of clients in the sector. Join us and hear from industry experts on the most topical issues in healthcare, share best practice and knowledge, and network with peers.
Final Pay Controls invoices have been arriving at practices, many of them unexpectedly. This session explains the background to the charge, how it can be anticipated and what you should do if one of your clients receives one.
GP incorporation has become a hot topic in recent years, not least because of low corporate tax rates and more flexibility in some areas in allowing GP contracts to be transferred without going through a tendering process. When might incorporation be right for practices and what are the key points to consider when making an assessment.
During this session Bob will cover:
We will look at the ever increasing complexity of the NHS Pension, the interaction of the Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance along with areas for you and your clients to consider when they consider retirement and potential return.
I will outline the 1995, 2008 and 2015 Sections of the Scheme along with their peripheral benefits and what is lost in the event of clients leaving the Scheme.
We are awaiting publication of new Directions so this session will cover the content of these if they are published in time. Otherwise this will serve as a refresher and case study of where we are now, and what we might expect to see as changes.
