Introducing Your New Hub:

The new Mercia Learning Hub will include many great features. It will allow you to:

  • access your CPD records all in one place using our innovative dashboards
  • enjoy an enhanced user experience on both desktop and mobile with easy access to hundreds of CPD courses and insights
  • set professional goals via the CPD tracking tool
  • assign mandatory courses and hours to individuals and team members
  • track and monitor completed training requirements
  • access Technical Manuals.

Throughout 2024, you can expect upgrades to the Learning Hub to support both your personal and your team's learning requirements.

How to prepare:

In the coming weeks, you will receive additional communication detailing the steps you will need to take to access your Learning Hub account.

In preparation, kindly request your IT department to add the mercia-group.com email address to the whitelist, to ensure receipt of all communication.
