• Restructuring the workforce – a look at redundancy, hire and fire and related issues 
• Sickness and disability – recent cases, including developments on menopause, and neurodiversity 
• Unlawful discrimination – brief overview of recent litigation 
• Social Media – postings affecting confidentiality, reputational damage etc 
• All the 2024 reforms, what do they mean for your clients, in particular changes to rules on tipping, new family friendly rights, protection in redundancy, change to TUPE
