Business Tax Problem Areas for OMBs

This course will examine the issues and errors encountered by businesses and identified by HMRC, including the consequences of these errors. It will also examine ongoing problem areas identified by the Tribunal system and HMRC’s risk analysis systems, with a view to mitigating such risks.

The course will cover areas encountered by both businesses and their owners.
