Course V (Supervising and Reviewing Work)

This course involves practical case studies, with a focus on the practical situations that students may encounter when on technical assignments.

Content will include:

• reviewing the work of others
• delegation
• supervision
• giving constructive feedback
• appraisals
• discussing difficult issues with the client

** Course V can be attended following the last 2 days of Course III or Course IV or taken as a stand-alone course. Students should attend at an appropriate time during their training contract.
