Put your training in the driving seat with your 2021 Smart Training Programme. With courses from just £66 per place, or membership for £35 per person per month, your 2021 training programme has been based on your usual annual topics, with your usual expert speakers.
Following the announcement from the Government on 22 February 2021, we regret to announce that we are unable to return to our face to face courses from 1 May 2021 as originally hoped.
For face to face course bookings between 1 May 2021 and 31 July 2021, you will have received an email on 13 April with information of your new bookings and what happens next. Once you have received the details of the new course information, if this is not suitable you have the option to swap to a new Mercia Live course date or On-Demand recording. If you have not received confirmation of this, please contact us via your preferred way.
We sincerely hope that we can return to venues from 1 August 2021 and any bookings on face to face courses from this date remain unchanged. We will continue to monitor the government guidance and will keep you updated with any changes. When back at venues we will ensure measures are put in place to keep you safe and well.

Access hundreds of courses from the comfort of your desk and at a time that is suitable for you. You can navigate by chapter allowing you to absorb your training in bite-size sessions, ideal for fitting in around your day.
Make sure you and your team can benefit from the training relevant for you with access to hundreds of courses including Live virtual classrooms, recorded webinars and venues in 2021 (when guidance allows us to return safely). You have the choice of two membership types - CPD Only Membership or Whole Firm Membership.
Alternatively, you can pay as you go giving you the flexibility to book courses when you want.
