For any courses not included in your Training Membership/s, please book these through your account on the Mercia website here.

The course bookings page allows you to conveniently view all of your upcoming bookings; face-to-face, live streamed and on-demand; keeping you organised and informed about your scheduled events. From here you can easily view your course booking details to stay on top of your schedule.

My Online Training Library
From your Online Training Library, you can access all of your on-demand courses available to you as part of any membership subscriptions or purchased bookings.
Use the search function under filters for the easiest way to find course topics you are interested in.

From here you can access the methodology and compliance products and manuals you subscribe to.
My Training Record
Your training records shows a summary of all in progress and completed courses and CPD hours earned. You can also assign completed records against your objectives and notes you have created and download a summary of all training records.
Additionally, you can create your own records for any content or courses completed via another supplier, to keep a record of all of your training in one place.
